    My house is located in a rural situation. Down in a Valley. I had pretty much 0 access to the outside world. Once I was down there. And having any sort of internet and even making phone calls was impossible for years and years. Even after doing everything I could to have somebody come out there and give me some sort of service. I even went satellite and all that. But then Fast Internet showed up and ever since. It's been absolutely amazing. I can run my business from where I live. I can make calls I can receive calls. It sounds crazy, but it seems like it's an absolute miracle! Now besides that-  the customer service is next level! If I ever have a problem. They do their very best to come back and remedy it in person within that same day. Or at least the next day. Honest to goodness.  I really can't believe how exceptional they're customer service is. The modems and all the other hardware that I received is always being upgraded at no extra charge. Even if they were other companies going to move in. I would stick with this company just because they have proved themselves.  I TELL THEM EVERYTIME THEY COME OUT THAT I CANT BELIEVE I AM IN AMERICA!! They are so thorough and pn the ball.
